Thank you so much!
@vincent4500 You’re a good man Vincent4500, thank you so much for the informative and detailed information :) I shall take heed in your words of advice!
@blade004 yes, you can get T3 , Armour from ordering from certain companies online..however be careful to use one verified by others as a proper outfit, I suggest you go onto ‘STTM group’ on Facebook, (stop the thyroid madness), on there people in the same situation many of whom have been forced to self-medicate get together..that group was a LIFESAVER..ps you SHOULDN’T USE ARMOUR UNTIL YOU’VE SORTED YOUR ADRENALS (WITH HYDROCORTISONE), ITS A PROTOCOL FOR ALL/MOST!!
@vincent4500 Is there a way of getting this thing called Armour without a Doctor’s prescription? I will get a thyroid check done but the last Doctor i went to told me he wouldn’t give me a test for any problems because he didn’t believe that was my problem and that i am fine “without a test” and now i am STILL fucked!

dude your looking way better than the first video i saw from you, wow man great job and stay positive.
Look into juicing fruits and vegetables my man. Look up Liferegenerator on youtube and watch mass amounts of his videos. In my and many peoples opinions, the body can cure all disease conditions. It is just a matter of getting it healthy enough, supplying it with natural fruit and vegetable juices is a great way to start!
You can get tests by mail online without a doc. Their not too expensive. My TSH is low but in range, my doc is pleased and ignored what I said I was experiencing for years. I got some tests through canary club (google) and found my TSH was in range, at the bottom, and my free T4 and free T3′s were both waaaaaaaay too low. After it took my mind it went after my body. I believe things are changing around for the better now…. :) Just my word…
good luck mate. I suspect I have the same issues but discovered the adrenal issue first. Dr wilsons Dynamite adrenal support has been pretty good for me. Waiting for test results on thyroid – i live in an area that solely goes on the TSH so we’ll see what comes back.
is the back of your tongue covered in a layer of white coating?
Your adrenals need to be firing on all cylinders before you take thyroid replacement . . The health of your adrenals will effect the conversion of thyroid replacement T4 into T3. . Low adrenal function could result in your system going toxic on T4, as it will flood your system .
shut the f-up!! Current medical practices are distorted by corruption, ignorance and self-interest..PARTICULARLY IN THE REALM OF THYROID PROBLEMS…NO WHERE ARE SO MANY PEOPLE UNDERTREATED, MISTREATED AND NOT DIAGNOSED CORRECTLY.. i am cured after taking matters into my own hands – i take armour and Hydrocortisone (only 10mg), done so for several months and am cured of Chronic Fatigue/fibromyalgia…things which ‘well meaning’ ‘professionals’ like yourself never treated me correctly etc..fuck u
I entirely sympathise with your self-medication, no matter how dangerous others claim it is. I have suffered from M.E. for 15 years and my life is absolute hell. Doctors can’t help me, and I exist in an alternating state of extreme fatigue and manic, suicidal anxiety. It’s only been recently that I discovered the concept of adrenal fatigue, which matches my symptoms 100%. Keep doing what you feel might help you, if the NHS won’t/can’t help. The no-go alternative is to give up on life.
I had this and took Ephedirine (stimulant) fucked me up lol
Don’t self medicate. I mean with pharmaceuticals. Food supplements are different. This is advice from a retired nurse with your best interest in mind. Don’t self medicate with pharmaceuticals, ever.
I need u as my endo…haha
Im so happy for you.
Its so hard when ur thyroid is low
keep doing well
It can still be too low as well. Lab results for T levels mean precisely dick.
You’ve got to do what you’ve got to do. Still, I’d personally wait until you have restored your thyroid levels to normal before you start medicating for adrenals. The adrenals will be overworked and fatigued if your thyroid has been underactive for years.
For 95% of the healthy population, normal TSH is between .4 and 2.5. The mean in African American populations (don’t have thyroid antibodies) is 1.2. So even if your TSH is in the normal range, it can still be too high for you.
