He totally said it, You have to take responsiblity for you health and LEARN on your own. When I was diagnosed with Leukemia, I went on the warpath with KNOWLEDGE. Its out there, you just have to have an interest to want to know it.
Great Video!! Thank You!!!

Very interesting, thanks for sharing.

I found some herbs that Brigitte Mars suggest:

* Bugleweed herb is used to reduce an enlarged and hyperactive thyroid. It is a thyroxine antagonist.

* Irish moss, soothes swollen glands. It is a a nutritive and moistening tonic for the body.

* Motherwort herb calms heart palpitations, anxiety, and thyroid enlargement.

* Mullein leaf is used for hyperthyroidism and to reduces glandular inflammation.

* Nettle seed are considered a thyroid tonic.

@labamba7 I first switched from Synthroid (synthetic) to “natural” a few years ago after struggling with the origins for a very long time. But then I spoke with Brian Clement and he was adamant about NOT taking synthetics and the only choice (at that time) was Armour (from pigs). Then, I found a local doc who did the correct testing. But, Armour changed formula and is not even available right now. My doc then sent me to compound pharmacy and I just started “Thyroid” 1 grain 2x per day.

anybody see the part I yet?

I woke up this morning and received an amazing e-mail from the Raw Food World. Thank you. Happy holiday.

Great videos on subjects people are trying desperately to find solution for. Please guys keep them coming, love,xx

@rawkansascity could you share with us, what the name of the t3/t4 is, please? ; )

I agree with dabetha, perfect timing. My Naturopath told me what I had already suspected, that I had hypothyroid, even though my tsh was 1.5 “perfect”. So No reason for the wight gain, anxiety and mood swings, cold hands and feet, and BIG NECK!??? Come on! When are they going to realize that this is our body? We have the right to feel good and know what’s going on when we dont! Thank you so much Matt for posting this, and thank you Enrique for the valuable info!

I also had my thyroid removed (22 years ago) and am the person that Enrique is talking about. Kevin introduced us through email last summer. I just want to be clear that I am taking a compound T3/T4 hormone replacement. I’m really impressed with your research Enrique! BTW, my name is Maureen. :)

Thanks guys for this serise, couldn’t have come at a better time. I’ve been trying to get my Dr to test my adrenals for a couple of months. He just ran a regular thyroid test and told me it was in my head. Now I have ammo.
