Keep the crap (toxins) out of you such as… fast food, processed foods, SUGAR, aspartame (artificial sweetners), fried foods (trans fats), flour, table salt, enriched anything, over the counter drugs (like tylenol), prescription drugs, alcohol, etc.

think NATURE – eat WHOLE foods. mostly plant based. Fruits, veggies, Nuts & seeds. Meat if eaten should be clean. Grass feed beef, wild fish (not farmed), etc. Marijuana-Cannabis-Pot (whatever) for MEDICINE.

Yes also in water (I think?) now they put bromine and chlorine-whcih is poison and displaces iodine!


Great! I recently started taking iodine supplements – Iodoral 2X per day – & painting with Meijer’s iodine. The results have been very good, more energy and weight loss even when I ate no-nos! You don’t have to be hypothyroid to need iodine, in fact a lack of it may cause the problem. There used to be iodine in milk & bread &, more often in salt. Since that stopped there are all kinds of greatly increased health problems, fibroids, cancer and many, many more. Your whole body needs it. Get it!
