Hashimoto’s: The Root Cause of Your Slow Thyroid?

Book available at astore.amazon.com www.undergroundwellness.com Sean discusses why taking thyroid medication for thyroid issues doesn’t get to the root cause of the problem. Most Americans who have hypothyroidism actually have Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, which is an autoimmune issue, and the body is destroying the thyroid tissue. If you are just taking medication, it doesn’t address the tissue destruction or immune system. @metaspherz You might also want to monitor known goitrogens that suppress thyroid function further.

Are you saying that everyone should avoid gluten, since it has so many side effects?
I’m 62 & fairly healthy compared to many of my friends. I’ve been juicing for over 50 years. I eat 75% raw meals. But my diet isn’t always healthy & I don’t worry–until recently when my Dr. told me that I need to take levothyroxine for hypothyroidism. I hate meds but I do feel better with them. I’m researching natural alternatives too. Your gluten insight seems spot on. I ate half a pizza for dinner, the next day I slept for 10 hours. I felt exhausted. Now I know why…
@thruthem Hey, dweeb, stfu! That crack about busing your table was uncalled for. Underground’s reponse showed class. Something that you clearly lack! Are you racist because you’re stupid or are you stupid because you’re racist?
This guy has coherent advice about a health problem suffered by many persons. His advice makes sense! Not only is it smart it just might save somebody’s life–yours for instance.
Try using your ears first–then that thimble of mush in your skull you call your brain!!!
His explanation sounds good, just not sure if all of Karazian’s theories can be trusted. His diet plan sounds funny and kinda dangerous with being on a water+syrup/honey fast for 3+ days and he doesn’t seem to be against hormone replacement either. He puts a lot of facts and explanations out, and bless him if they are proven and tested, but encouraging general meds and not proposing a healthy alternative is just sounding a little too mainstream. Anyone heard his Livinlowcarb interview?
Wow very good work SEAN… GENIUS!!! god bless you
off-topic question: does taking out the appendix lower your immune system? and what is it for?
